Tour da' Park 5K Walk / Run / Roll

DETAILS: Registration for all of the July 16, 2008 events opens at 4:30 p.m. (CDT) at Sertoma Park (Shelter No. 10), Bismarck, ND. Rollerblade race starts at 6:00 p.m. (CDT); Wheelchair race starts at 6:05 p.m. (CDT); Run starts at 6:10 p.m. (CDT); Walk starts at 6:15 p.m. (CDT).

A donation of $15 to United Way (pre-registered) or $20 (day of race) qualifies you to participate in the 5K Walk /Run / Rollerblade / Wheelchair event and compete for age group awards. (For immediate family members (children 18 and younger), the cost is $10.) Participants will receive an event T-shirt. There will be drawings for door prizes. (Must be present to win door prizes.) After the races, participants can relax and enjoy food and refreshments.

There will be team competition, too. (Two runners and three walkers make up a team. Team participants must have common affiliation such as work, family, school, organization, etc.)
